Mission
Gawing Lingkod Bayani ang Bawat Kawani — to make every civil servant a servant hero.
Central human resource institution
The Civil Service Commission is the central human resource institution of the Philippine government and administers the merit system in the civil service.
Our constitutional role
The CSC promotes a professional civil service founded on merit and fitness, integrity, accountability, and responsive public service. The Vacancy Announcement Board supports that mandate by making authorized vacancy information and applicant guidance easier to find and understand.
